This application is for restoration of Bail Application No. 880 of 2025 which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution.

Heard learned Counsel for both sides.

Learned APP opposed the application.

This Court finds substance in the contention of the learned Counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant is in jail and hence he would not have gained anything by allowing dismissal of the application for want of prosecution. 24th April, 2026

Since the Applicant is in jail, as rightly argued by the Counsel for the Applicant that he could not have the benefited by the dismissal of his application for want of prosecution. Hence, in the interest of justice, application stands allowed. 6.

Bail Application No. 880 of 2025 stands restored. 7.

By consent of both sides, stand over to 17th June 2026. 8.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to serve a copy of the application to the Respondent.
