By this Application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail to attend the post marriage function of his son in law's real brother. 2.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that, if applicant released on bail he may abscond and requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsel. The applicant wants to attend the post marriage function of his son in law's real brother. 4.

Considering the facts, I pass following order.

ORDER

i) Interim Application No. 1320 of 2026 is allowed. ii) The applicant is permitted to attend the family function on tomorrow from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm.

iii) The applicant shall attend the function with escort. iv) The applicant shall pay the charges of escort as per jail

v) The escort shall remain with the applicant till returning to the jail.

vi) Applicant shall surrender before the jail authority by 05.00 pm.
