By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: M.S.Karnik, J.) dated 18.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 18.04.2024, this Court in the operative paragraph No.(c), has directed that "Except for attending the trial, the applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Nashik District till the trial concludes;" and in paragraph No. (d) has directed that "The applicant shall furnish details of his contact number and residential address to the trial Court as well as the concerned police station and shall report to the nearest police station at the place of his residence,

140-IA-1343-2026 (CR).doc S.S.Kilaje outside Nashik District once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. til the trial concludes", hence requested to relax the said conditions.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel,

ORDER

(a) Condition Nos. (c) and (c) of the operative part of the Order dated 18.04.2024 are hereby relaxed. 5.

Interim Application is disposed of.
