Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition of operative part point nos. (c) and (d) of the bail order dated 10/04/2024 passed by this Court imposed on him on the ground that applicant is permanent member of Nashik, where he possesses a residential house and resides with his family members. His entire familial, social and economic roots are deeply embedded in Nashik. The Applicant is the sole earning member of his family. Continued restriction from not entering Nashik is causing severe financial hardship to his family.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

(ii) Conditions of operative part point nos. (c) and (d) of the bail order dated 10/04/2024 passed by this Court are hereby relaxed. 4.
