By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition Nos. (b) and (d) imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) by order dated 02nd May, 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 02.05.2024, this Court has directed the applicant that "The Applicants shall not enter Nashik district" and "The Applicants shall report to the Chalisgaon City Police Station, Taluka - Chalisgaon, District - Jalgaon once every week, on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial" and requested to relax both the conditions. 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No.(b) of the Order dated 02.05.2024 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.

(b) Condition No. (d) of the Order dated 02.05.2024 imposed on the applicant is modified as under: "The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."

Interim Application is disposed of.
