This application is for modification of condition No. (iii) in the order dated 5th December, 2024 passed in Bail Application No.4818 of 2024. Learned counsel for the Applicant claims that instead of attendance monthly, he be allowed to attend the concerned police station quarterly. 2.

Learned APP opposed the application however, was unable to justify continuation of the same condition. 1/2

The Applicant is attending the concerned police station from 5th December, 2024. There is no reason put forth as to why the modification as sought by the Applicant should not be allowed. Hence condition No.(iii) stands modified as under :- "The Applicant shall attend the said Police Station on 1st day of month once in a quarter between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. till the conclusion of the trial except on the date of trial."
