This application is for modification / cancellation of condition No.(d) of the order dated 5th March, 2024 passed in Bail Application No.450 of 2024.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is attending the concerned Police Station for a period of two years now. It is his submission that even the charge has not been framed against the Applicant and as such there is no 1/2

13-ia1352-26.doc propriety in continuing the said condition any more. 3.

Learned APP though opposed the application, submits that the Applicant be directed to remain present before the concerned Police Station on written notice.

Since the Applicant is attending the concerned Police Station for a period of two years and as the charge has also not been framed against the Applicant, there is no propriety in continuing the condition No.(d) any more. Instead, the Applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station in case written notice is issued to him in that regard.
