Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned special counsel for respondent No.1-SEBI and learned counsel for respondent No.2-State. 2.

By this application, the applicant is seeking permission of this Court to travel abroad.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant need to travel to Bhutan from 16th May 2026 to 26th May 2026 and requested to allow the application.

Learned SPP strongly objected to allow the application on the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM ground that this Court(Coram : G. A. Sanap, J.) has passed an order dated SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2026.04.27 15:26:37 +0530 10th November 2023 and the applicant has to file an application to travel

I have heard both learned counsel, perused the documents produced on record.

Hereinafter, the applicant shall file application seeking permission to travel abroad before the Sessions Court. 7.

In view of above, I pass following order :

O R D E R

1.

The application is allowed.

2.

The applicant is permitted to travel to Bhutan from 16th May 2026 to 26th May 2026.

3.

The applicant shall provide itinerary of his travel and his contact number at Bhutan to the Investigating Officer. The application stands disposed of in above terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
