Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

This application is filed by wife and son for seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs. 25,000/- which is deposited with the Registry pursuant to order dated 14.11.2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 5758 of 2025.

Perused the order dated 14.11.2025. Under the said order the Petition filed by the present Respondent-husband has been dismissed on merits and cost of Rs. 25,000/- was imposed. Accordingly, the Respondent has deposited the amount in the Registry. 4.

Considering that the cost is already awarded, the Applicants are entitled to withdraw the same.

Hence the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a) which is as under:

"a) Permit the Applicants ( Original Respondents) Navnath Waghmare

12-IA-1369-2026 to withdraw the amount of Rs.25.000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) deposited with the Registry of the Appellate Side of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay pursuant to the order dated 14th November, 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 5758 of 2025;"
