By the present Application, the Applicant (original Respondent No.2 in Writ Petition No.1964 of 2025) seeks an extension of time to deposit the amount as directed vide order dated 07 March 2026.

Ms. Sakshi Patil learned Advocate for the Applicant, requests an extension of seven (7) days to deposit the amount of Rs.25,000/- as directed by the order dated 07 March 2026 passed in Writ Petition No.1964 of 2025.

The request made by Ms. Sakshi Patil learned Advocate for the Applicant, is not opposed by Ms. Anagha Deshmukh APP for the Respondent/State and Mr. Umesh Iyer for Respondent No.2/Org. Petitioner.

In view of the above the Interim Application No.1439 of 2026 is allowed. The time to deposit Rs. 25,000/- is extended upto 7th May 2026.
