This interim application is filed in Writ Petition No. 23311 of 2024 for permission to travel to USA between 17/05/2026 to Wakodikar 1/2

24-IA-1443-2026.doc 12/06/2026 and for staying the operation of Look-Out Circular pending against the applicant.

Since the period of travel mentioned in the prayer clause is almost over, this application has become infructuous. Therefore, the application is disposed of as having rendered infructuous, with liberty to the applicant to prefer a fresh application if desirous for obtaining such permission to travel.

If such application is preferred, it shall be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law.
