By this Interim Application, the Applicant requests for continuation of the interim order which was granted by this Court on 21st May, 2025. He states that the said order was continued from time to time up to 9th April, 2026. He states that on 5th March, 2026 though the interim order was extended and the

matter was scheduled on 9th April, 2026, the same was not listed on the board of 9th April, 2026. Same was listed on 10th April, 2026. He states that in view of his personal difficulty, requests for time was made by his colleague Advocate. Though time was granted, however the Advocate appearing for the Applicant ON 10th April, 2026 did not point out that the interim order was operating in the matter, as a result of which the interim order remained to be continued on 10th April, 2026. 2.

Mr. Kaushik Mhatre, learned Public Prosecutor in all fairness states that as the said interim order was operating, the same can be continued however only till the next date of hearing. He submits that the Applicant should be put to the condition that on the next date of hearing the Applicant should not seek any adjournment and if any such request is made then the interim order shall stand vacated.

Mr. Ravindra Keshavrao Adsure, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant shall not seek any adjournment on the date fixed in the matter and he would be

ready for arguments.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice the interim order granted on 21st May, 2025 to continue till the next date of hearing.

Interim Application No. 1484 of 2026 is disposed of. 6.
