Interim Application No.1497 of 2026 seek suspension of of sentence imposed upon the appellant/applicant by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, in Sessions Case No.64 of 2015 vide Judgment and Order dated 19th April 2022. One of the prime ground for consideration, apart from the merits of the case, is the long incarceration of the appellant/applicant, it being more than 10 years. We quite appreciate this aspect. 9-ia.1497.2026.doc accused and one of the appellant in the very same appeal, is granted bail but since R&P with paper-book is now received, we deem it appropriate to direct the listing of the Criminal Appeal for Final Hearing on 2nd July 2026. To be listed at the bottom of the Admission Board.

The learned A.P.P. as well as the learned counsel for the appellant shall avail the paper-book, which is received in the registry. Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.
