By this application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that applicant's father is admitted in the hospital and doctor advised him bypass surgery. The applicant has one brother but he is staying separately. Hence, the applicant needs to remain with his old aged father at the time of bypass surgery and requested for temporary bail for ten weeks. 3.

It is contention of learned APP along with learned counsel for intervenor that applicant has other brother who stays with his family hence applicant's presence is not required and ten week's temporary bail to the

I have heard all learned counsel. Perused medical papers and statement of doctor of Lifeline Hospital, where father of the applicant is admitted. In the said statement, doctor has stated that applicant's father is admitted in the hospital and he needs bypass surgery. Considering this fact, as the applicant is one of the son of the old age father and family members are required to be stayed with his father, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) The applicant be released on temporary bail for six weeks in Crime No. 316 of 2024 registered with Khandeshwar Police Station, Panvel, on temporary bail on furnishing cash bail of Rs.50,000/- and P.R. Bond of the same amount. (ii) The applicant shall attend the Khandeshwar Police Station, once in a week between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (iii) The applicant shall not visit to his office during this period. (iv) The applicant shall not contact his employee or witnesses. 5.

Interim Application is allowed in above terms and disposed of. 6.
