By this application, applicant is seeking extension of time for temporary bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submit that this court had granted temporary bail to the applicant on account of his marriage, post-marriage ceremonies, are yet to be completed and requested for extension of time.

Learned APP strongly objected.

5.

Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes that he will not seek any further extension.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

i) Application is allowed.

ii) The temporary bail is extended till 7th June, 2026 on that day, applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority.
