By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: N.R.Borkar, J.) dated 18.03.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 18.03.2025, this Court in the operative paragraph No. (C), has directed that "The applicant shall not enter into the Corporation limits of Pune City, till conclusion of trial, except to attend the dates before the trial Court." Hence, requested to relax the said condition. It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is a wrestler and wrestler's competition is being held in Pune City and applicant wish to participate in

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. (C) of the operative Order dated 18.03.2025, imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed till 15th June, 2026.
