The respondent-wife has filed the present interim application seeking certain directions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner - husband has tendered a reply to the present interim application. The same is taken on record.

This Court by order dated 22nd April 2026 in Writ Petition No. 3964 of 2022 permitted the respondent - wife to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,95,000/- deposited by the petitioner - husband with the Registry of this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Registry shall transfer the said amount of Rs.1,95,000/- with accrued interest, if any, in the following bank account of the respondent - wife :

Name : Suvarna Mahadu Mahale Bank Name : Bank of Baroda Bank Acc. No. 32020100001264 IFSC. Code : BARB0AIROLI 3.

Similarly, in terms of the order dated 22nd April 2026 the petitioner - husband shall deposit the amount of Rs.1,05,000/- in the above mentioned bank account of the respondent-wife. 4.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
