On 29th April, 2026 we had passed an order keeping in view similar orders passed by this Court. A 'C' summary report has been tendered before the learned Magistrate. Therefore, we directed that, the PCC to be issued to the original Petitioner, can be issued with the clear mention of a pending FIR and such PCC can be uploaded on the e-FRRO portal.

The learned Advocate Shri. Bhosale submits that he has filed an Interim Application bearing (ST) No. 9833 of 2026 seeking intervention. If the PCC mentions the pendency of the criminal case, the Intervener Applicant would have no issue since the pendency is reflected in the PCC.

In view of the above, we do not find any reason to recall or modify the order dated 29th April, 2026. The Application for seeking modification is rejected. The Interim Application bearing (ST) No. 9833 of 2026 tendered by the Applicant/Intervener, is disposed off. 4.
