Heard the learned APP for State.

This is an application for condonation of 146 days delay in filing an appeal against the judgment and order dated 7 October 2025 and 9 October 2025 in MCOC Special Case No.158 of 2021.

In para No.4 of the application, the applicant has ascribed justifiable reasons for condonation of delay. The applicant is stated to have undergone the entire substantive sentence, and is in custody on account of his inability to pay fine.

In view of the reasons ascribed in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the application for condonation of delay in preferring the appeal deserves to be condoned. SSP 1/2
