For the reasons stated in the application and in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. (Criminal) No. 19173 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'A' on the following conditions :

O R D E R

i) The applicant shall submit his detailed itinerary to the Extortion Cell, Mumbai, on or before 12.05.2026.

10,00,000/- with the Registry of this Court on or before 12.05.2026.

iii) Upon his return to India, the applicant shall deposit his passport with the Trial Court. 2.
