This Application is for modification of the condition of bail in clause (b) of the order dated 9th March 2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.4935 of 2025 whereby the Applicant was directed to furnish P. R.Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is unable to produce one surety in the like amount. He therefore, seeks modification of the said condition to the extent that the Applicant be permitted to furnish one or two sureties in the like amount.

Though, the learned APP opposes the Application, he was unable to show any reason for not allowing such a request. 4.

Hence, the Application stands allowed. Clause (b) of the order dated 9th March 2026 stands modified as under: "(b) The Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court."'

The Interim Application stands disposed of.
