Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking temporary bail to attend the examination.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that Applicant is engineering student and his examination is scheduled from 16/05/2026 to 06/06/2026 and requested to allow the interim application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel. As the Applicant is

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant be released on temporary bail from today to 07/06/2026 on depositing cash bail of Rs.30,000/- with same bail bond. (iii) The Applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authority on 07/06/2026 without asking further extension of time. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
