By this Interim Application the Applicant seeking return of his passport to enable him to travel to London, United Kingdom from 13.06.2026 to 09.07.2026 to attend a religious program. The Applicant has surrendered his passport to the trial Court in view of the bail Order dated 14th September, 2018 passed by this Court. On earlier four occasions, the passport was returned to the Applicant to travel abroad and after availing the said Orders, he has returned the passport to the trial Court. There is no condition in the bail Order that the Applicant shall seek prior permission of the trial Court/this Court before traveling abroad. 2) In view thereof, following Order is passed :- (i) The Application is allowed.

(ii) The Registry of the City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai is directed to return the passport to the Applicant to travel to London, United Kingdom from 13.06.2026 to 09.07.2026. 1/2

Manoj 906-IA-1765-2026.doc (iii) The Applicant shall furnish his detailed itinerary, including the details of travel tickets, the hotel at which he will be staying in London, United Kingdom, contact details that will remain operational during his visit abroad, and any other details as may be required by the Investigating Officer, prior to leaving the country.

(iv) The Applicant shall file undertaking before the Registrar City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai that he will deposit the passport after returning from London, United Kingdom. 3) Interim Applications stands disposed of.
