This Application is circulated in view of the praecipe dated 08.06.2026. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the request made in the praecipe "X", this Application was ordered to be placed on "Production Board" 2.

By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a) :- (a) This Hon'ble Court is pleased to passed appropriate orders and direction for ad-amending

after prayer clause (d) of the main petition for adding prayer clause for seeking directions for quashing of FIR and charge sheet in the present matter arising out of C.R. No. I 12 of 2021 registered at Panvel Taluka Police Station for the offence punishable u/s 392, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC.

Mr. Yogesh Nakhawa, learned APP for the Respondent - State in all fairness states that prayer clause (a) be granted. He however, submits that the right of the Respondent to oppose the same on merits be reserved.

In view of the request made by Mr. Aditya Katarnaware, learned Advocate for the Applicant in the praecipe "X" and the no objection given by Mr. Yogesh Nakhawa, learned APP, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.

Mr. Aditya Katarnaware, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to carry out amendment within a period of 3 weeks from today. Permission granted. He submits that amended copy of the Petition will be furnished to the office of the learned APP as well as the Respondent No. 2 within a period of 7 days thereafter. 6.

All the contentions of the Respondents on merits of the amendment are left open.

Interim Application No. 1807 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of.
