This Application is circulated in view of the praecipe dated 08.06.2026. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the request made in the praecipe "X", this Application was ordered to be placed on "Production Board" 2.

By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b):- (a) This Hon'ble Court is pleased to pass appropriate Order to take the chargesheet on record.

(b) This Hon'ble Court is pleased to allow the adamend the main Petition after prayer clause (a) seeking directions for quashing of chargesheet. 3.

Mr. Yogesh Nakhawa, learned APP for the Respondent - State, in all fairness states that he has no objection for the request made in this Interim Application subject to his right to object the same on merits be left open.

In view of the request made by Mr. Aditya Katarnaware, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the no objection by Mr. Yogesh Nakhawa, learned APP, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses ( a) and (b).

Mr. Aditya Katarnaware, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that chargesheet will be produced on record within a period of 3 weeks from today. He submits that amendment will be carried out within a period of 3 weeks from today. He submits that amended copy of the Petition would be furnished to the office of the learned APP as well as on the Respondent No. 2, within a period of 7 days thereafter.

All contentions of the Respondents on merits are left open.

Interim Application No. 1808 of 2026 is allowed and disposed of.
