The Appellant is aggrieved by the impugned Order dated KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV 9th January, 2026 passed by the District Judge-2, Pune. There by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.02.06 16:45:26 +0530 appears to be a variance with regard to the interpretation of the 1/2

910-COMAO 1.2026 COMS 59.2025.doc impugned order, as to whether it is an ad-interim order granting injunction against the Appellant/Defendant therein. Considering that the District Judge-2, Pune has made the notice returnable in a few days from now on 10th February 2026, we consider it appropriate to dispose of the present Appeal by keeping all rights and contentions of the parties in the present Appeal open to be urged before the learned Trial Judge, including the issue, as to whether the impugned order itself is an injunction order.

Accordingly, the present Commercial Appeal from Order is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs. 3.

The District Judge-2, Pune is requested to dispose of the Injunction Application expeditiously.
