The Commercial Appeal From Order has been placed for direction pursuant to the parties having indicated on the prior occasion that they are working on terms for referring disputes to arbitration. 2.

The matter had reached in the first half and was kept in the second half due to instructions being taken by the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

The Appellants and Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 as well as Respondent Nos.5 to 8 have arrived at an agreement on the terms of the disputes to be referred to arbitration.
