This is a Petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on January 31, 2026. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, Learned Counsel for the parties jointly request for an extension of mandate by a period of four months, bearing in mind the stage at which the arbitral proceedings are placed.

In these circumstances, taking into account the stage at February 20, 2026 This order is modified/corrected pursuant to the speaking to the minutes of order dated April 2, 2026. MPBalekar

Spkng-901-ARBP(L)-5178-2026 Modified.doc which the arbitral proceedings are placed, this Petition is finally disposed of extending the mandate of the Learned Arbitral Tribunal for a period of four months, rounding it up until June 30, 2026. 4.
