The applicant has filed application, seeking recall/modification of order dated 11th March, 2026, whereby the statement on behalf of the applicant was recorded by this Court in paragraph no. 2.

Statement in paragraph no. 2 reads as under:-
31-IAL-12629-26+.doc '2. As the hearing of the Petition progressed, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that an unauthorised person has been illegally occupying Flat No.N202. He submits that subject to acceptance of this position by the Petitioner, the Respondent is willing to execute PAAA qua Flat No.A/202....'

Considering the statement and submission made on behalf of the respondent-applicant herein, the applicant now cannot seek modification of the said order, which was based on a factual concession.

Hence, the application is disposed of. The Petition is not maintainable, and the same is rejected.

At this stage, the learned Advocate on behalf of the original petitioner submitted that the draft referred to in clause 2 has already been furnished to the applicant herein and if the respondent agrees, such documents can be registered. 6.
Upon the respondent agreeing to the terms and conditions contained in the said draft, the parties shall register the documents within four weeks.
