When the matter is called out, Mr.Rajendra Barot, learned Counsel appears for the Petitioner and submits that the learned Commissioner appointed by this Court has submitted his report. 2.
The learned Commissioner Mr.Abhishek Karnik, Counsel of this Court, is present in Court and tenders across the bar his report in a sealed cover. The sealed cover is opened under the directions of this Court.

It is observed that there is a report of the Commissioner dated 29th April 2026 along with following nine annexures : (i) A copy of the order dated 23rd March 2026 passed by this Court. (ii) A copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 30th March 2026 (iii) A copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 6th April 2026 (iv) A copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 15th April 2026 (v) A copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 22nd April 2026 (vi) A copy of the email dated 27th April 2026 (vii) A copy of the Minutes of the Meeting dated 28th April 2026 (viii) A copy of the Affidavit filed by the Respondent along with the documents annexed thereto and the Power of Attorney in favour of the Branch Manager (ix) A copy of the Partnership Deed dated 28th February 2024 4.
Mr.Barot, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, submits that in view of the report and the annexures having been submitted in accordance with the Letter of Request dated 2nd April 2025, this Court may transmit the said report and the annexures to Mr.Greg S. Zucker at Westerman Ball Ederer Miller Zucker & Sharfstein, LLP, 1201 RXR Plaza, Uniondale, NY 11556, USA 516-622-9200, in accordance with the Letter of Request at pages 23 to 29 of the Petition. avk 2/3

The report and the annexures are directed to be placed in a cover and resealed.

Accordingly, the Office of the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, is directed to deliver the said report in a sealed cover to Mr.Greg S. Zucker at Westerman Ball Ederer Miller Zucker & Sharfstein, LLP, 1201 RXR Plaza, Uniondale, NY 11556, USA 516-622-9200 by DLH Courier. A copy of the delivery receipt be thereafter placed in the filed. 7.
The Advocates / Attorneys for the Petitioner to assist the Office of the Prothonotary & Senior Master in delivering the aforesaid report and annexures in a sealed cover to Mr.Greg S. Zucker at Westerman Ball Ederer Miller Zucker & Sharfstein, LLP, 1201 RXR Plaza, Uniondale, NY 11556, USA 516-622-9200 by DHL Courier.
