When the matter is called out, the Court Associate points out that in pursuance of the directions by this Court on 27th February 2026, the Regional Mental Hospital at Thane has forwarded a Medical Board Examination Report dated 25th March 2026 under cover of letter dated 27th March 2026. The said report is taken on record. 3.
Let a copy of the said report also be made available to the Petitioners / their Advocates.

A perusal of the report indicates the final conclusion of the Medical Board that the patient Ms. Bhavana Vishwanath Date suffers from Schizophrenia (Continuous). There is also a professional recommendation that since Ms. Bhavana Date suffers from a chronic and persistent mental illness, due to the absence of insight and the presence of active psychotic symptoms, she is incapable of managing her own person or her property. That considering the lack of immediate family support, since she is unmarried and her parents are deceased and her inability to manage her finances or properties, she requires a Court appointed Guardian and Manager of her properties. 5.
Mr. Naphade, learned Counsel, appearing for the Petitioners has at the outset submitted to this Court that only some moments ago, it has been brought to his notice that the list of Ms. Bhavana's assets do not contain her immovable asset, viz. the house in Vile Parle in which she was earlier staying and that this Court may grant some time to amend the said list and also to include an averment to that effect in the pleadings.
6.
Let an appropriate draft amendment be placed before this Court on the next date.
