Ms. Gogri, learned Counsel, appears for the Petitioner and submits that the Judge's Order seeks an order and direction of this Court, permitting the executor of the estate of the deceased Mr. Mohinder Kumar Inderlal Lamba to sell the immovable property i.e. residential premises bearing Flat No.501, 5th Floor, 'D' Wing, "Goodwill Paradise Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Plot No.24, Sector No.15, Kharkhar, Navi Mumbai, Tal. Panvel, District-Raigad alongwith Open Car Parking Space No.52 on the Podium Level First Floor to Mr. Sunil Eknath Mahale for a total consideration of Rs.1,21,00,000/-. Ms. Kanchan Dhuri 1/2

6-JOT-134-2026.doc Gogri submits that earlier this Court had appointed Executor pursuant to order dated 13th January 2025, pursuant to which the letters of administration were issued on 16th April 2025 in favour of the wife of the deceased.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having considered her submissions, this Court is of the view that the sale be permitted. 3.
