The present Writ Petition challenges several orders passed by the Deputy Collector, Competent Authority - 2 of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), the last of which is dated 22nd December 2025. 2.

The Petitioner has also filed an Appeal challenging the said orders before the Additional Collector of the SRA on 5th January 2026. He undertakes to serve a copy of the Appeal on all the parties within the course of today.

In the circumstances, pending the hearing of the Stay Application taken out by the Petitioner in the said Appeal, a stay on the operative part of the impugned order will be deferred. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the above order. There shall be no order as to costs.
