The Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC") has passed the order dated 30th April 2024, the remedy of the Petitioner is to challenge the order dated 30th April 2024. However, there is no such challenge to the said order in this Petition. Without challenge to the order dated 30th April 2024, it is not possible for us to grant any reliefs as prayed for in this Petition.

It is made clear that in the event, the order passed by the AGRC is challenged, it is open for the Petitioner to raise all the contentions Satish Sangar 1/2

27-WP-649-2026.doc which are raised in this Petition. We have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the contentions. Keeping liberty of the Petitioner open to file appropriate proceedings challenging the order of the AGRC, the Petition is disposed of.
