Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner by this Writ Petition prays for the following substantive relief :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondent No. 2 CEO (SRA) to forthwith initiate, conduct and complete the enquiry strictly in accordance with the Order dated 20.05.2025 passed by Respondent No. 1 - AGRC in Application No.162 of 2022, and to submit a reasoned report within a time-bound schedule as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 appeared. On instructions, it is submitted that the Slum

Bhogale 6.wp-1219-2026.odt Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) shall take necessary action on the order mentioned in prayer clause (a) within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
