Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Learned counsel for the Corporation, on instructions of the concerned Officer Mr.Santosh Dhebe, Colony Officer, S-Ward, fairly submits that on the additional documents now relied upon by the Petitioners, the question of eligibility of the Petitioners will be decided on the basis of such additional documents. Accordingly, the representation made by the Petitioners vide Exhibits-A at Page No.22 along with the additional documents submitted will be decided afresh within a period of 12 weeks from today.

The Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

The Writ Petition (L) No.7634 of 2026 is allowed to be withdrawn which is originally numbered to Writ Petition (L) No.7632 of 2026.
