After we heard the above Writ Petition for some time and when we pointed out to Mr. Raichandani that there are remedies available to the Petitioner under the Income Tax Act, 1961 (for short "IT Act"), Mr. Raichandani, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to avail of the remedies available to the Petitioner under the IT Act.

In light of the aforesaid statement, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3.
We make it clear that we have not opined on the merits of the matter one way or the other, which shall be decided in appropriate proceedings proposed to be initiated by the Petitioner. All contentions of all parties are kept open.
