The petitioner has efficacious remedy of preferring appropriate proceedings under Section 35 of the Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1956 before the competent forum against the order impugned in this writ petition. 3.

If the proceedings are filed before the competent forum within four weeks from today, learned counsel for the respondent
