Learned counsel for the petitioners invited our attention to the averments made in the writ petition. We have gone through the averments and the grounds mentioned therein and heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondent No.3. Learned counsel submitted that an appeal has been filed against the issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) in favour of the

Bhogale 12.wp-1839-2026.odt respondent No.3 before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC", for short) as far back as on 13/03/2023. It is prayed that the appeal be heard expeditiously. We find the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners reasonable. Accordingly, we direct that the appeal dated 13/03/2023 filed by the petitioners be disposed of expeditiously by the AGRC in any event within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner as well as the respondent No.3 to cooperate with the AGRC and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. The reply to be filed by the respondent No.3 before the AGRC within a period of two weeks from today.

Keeping all contentions open, the writ petition is disposed of.
