Heard learned counsel for the parties.

As directed in the order dated 18th April 2026, the petitioners have preferred a revision petition along with an application seeking stay before the Hon'ble Minister for Revenue.

By the same order dated 18th April 2026, interim protection was granted in respect of the subject matter structure for a period of three weeks. The revision is pending and it is likely to be heard in a short span of time. However, in the meanwhile, the three weeks period of interim protection has expired.

In view thereof, the interim protection is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.
