1. The petitioner apprehends dispossession from the subject premises. There is nothing on record to indicate that any steps have been taken by any of the respondents for dispossessing the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent No.3, on instructions, submits that respondent No.3 has placed the original allottee in possession of premises after completion of the building which he constructed. It

In such view of the matter, there is no cause for entertaining the present petition. In any case, if any action is taken against the petitioner for eviction, the same shall obviously have to be taken in accordance with law after following the due process. It is open for the petitioner to challenge any action initiated by any respondents or authorities if the same is not in accordance with law. 3.
