The Appeal before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC") is pending since 2020. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.5 makes a grievance that though the AGRC has directed the Petitioner to make the Respondent No.5 as a party in the Appeal, the Petitioner has failed to take any steps. If that is so, it is for the AGRC to Satish Sangar 1/2

15-WP-2277-2026.doc decide on the consequences. However, since the Appeal is pending from 2020, we request the AGRC to dispose of the Appeal as early as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.
