1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kalpana Vijay Shah being daughter of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Mangalji Devchand Dhabalia died intestate at Mumbai on 11.10.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Sushilaben Mangalji Dhabalia died intestate at Mumbai on 16.11.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit for non-availability of identification proof of deceased No. 2 which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by three daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and remaining two daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 06.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
