1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sunil Shivnath Mehra being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shivnath G Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 23.09.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.04.2026 is filed. Administration Bond dated 14.02.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
