1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Dattatreya Vasaikar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Dattatraya Janardan Vasaikar died intestate at Palghar on 29.05.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has file Affidavit dated 08.04.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 26.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
