1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ramesh Vasram Solanki being son of deceased. Deceased namely Vasram Gopal Solanki died intestate at Mumbai on 25.09.1978. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 05.01.2026 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.03.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
