1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rodney V Dmonte being son of deceased. Deceased namely Alma Ann Dmonte died intestate at Mumbai on 24.02.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 01.01.2026 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 18.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned till 30.03.2026.
