It is brought to the notice by Department that in order order dated 21.04.2026 passed in the present matter, the year of Petition was wrongly mentioned in the cause title of the said order as "Testamentary Petition No. 750 of 2025". Same be corrected to "Testamentary Petition No. 750 of 2026."

Correction to the above effect be carried out in the said order and corrected order be uploaded. Rest of the said order shall remain as it is.
