1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jayawanti Harakhchand Dedhia being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Harakhchand Bhawanji Dedhia died intestate at New Orleans, USA on 29.07.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased is survived by his widow who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.03.2026 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned till 30.03.2026.
