1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mehendra Mehta being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sankal Chand Mehta died intestate at Jaipur on 25.10.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 20.01.2026 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by his widow, two sons and one daughter. Out of them one son petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 10.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
